Depart from your home airport to Riyadh. Upon arrival at King Khalid International Airport, you will be welcomed and transferred to your hotel in the city center. Check-in for two nights at the Centro Olaya by Rotana 4* hotel. Enjoy dinner in the city.
2🏙️ Exploring Riyadh
Discover Riyadh’s old quarter, particularly the King Abdul Aziz Historic District. Visit the National Museum of Saudi Arabia to learn about the country's history and Islam. Continue to the Murabba Palace, the former residence of the kingdom's founder, King Abdulaziz Al Saud. Explore the Masmak Fortress, an impressive 150-year-old clay and mudbrick fortress. Later, experience Riyadh’s modern side before heading to Al Diriyah, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and the first capital of Saudi Arabia. End your day by ascending the Al Faisaliyah Tower, the tallest skyscraper in Saudi Arabia, for a stunning panoramic view of the city. Dinner at a local restaurant and overnight at the hotel.
3🏜️ Transfer to Ha’il
In the morning, transfer to Riyadh Airport for your flight to Ha’il. After lunch in Ha’il, visit Al-Qashalah Fortress, built in the 1930s as a military barracks, and A'arif Fortress, an older hilltop stronghold offering breathtaking views of the city. Dinner and overnight stay at the Golden Tulip 4* hotel in Ha’il.
4🏜️ Visit to Jubbah
Embark on an incredible day of archaeological discoveries in Al-’Ula, Dedan, and Madâin Sâlih. Start with the famous Elephant Rock, followed by a tour of Madâin Sâlih, a UNESCO-listed pre-Islamic Nabatean city. Explore over 100 rock-carved tombs with elaborate façades, showcasing ancient Nabatean architecture similar to Petra. Next, visit Dedan, an important Biblical site with only 4% excavated, revealing fascinating insights into its ancient civilization. Lunch at a local restaurant before returning to the hotel for dinner and overnight stay in Al-’Ula.
5🌄 Exploring Al-’Ula
Travel back to prehistoric times with a visit to Jubbah, a UNESCO-listed open-air rock art gallery spanning 39 km², featuring petroglyphs dating back to 5500 BCE. The site includes ancient carvings of elephants, buffalos, and early domesticated camels. After lunch, continue towards Al-’Ula and, upon arrival, explore the Old Town before checking in at Shaden Resort 4* or Sahary Resort 4* for two nights. Dinner and overnight at the hotel.
6🕌 Transfer to Medina
Drive 328 km to Medina, following the historic Hijaz railway, built by the Ottomans to transport pilgrims from Damascus to Mecca. Although it never reached Mecca, it became famous for the attacks by "Lawrence of Arabia" during WWI. Along the way, learn about its rich history and key stations. Stop at Mount Uhud for a breathtaking view of Medina before checking in at Crowne Plaza 4* hotel for the night.
7🏙️ Journey to Jeddah
Take a scenic 450 km drive along the Red Sea coast towards Jeddah. Enjoy snorkeling in the crystal-clear waters of the Red Sea, exploring its vibrant marine life and historic shipwrecks. Stop for a fresh seafood lunch before arriving in Jeddah, a modern commercial hub and gateway to Mecca. Check-in at Centro Shaheen 4* for two nights, followed by dinner at a local restaurant.
8🏙️ Discovering Jeddah
Explore Al Balad, Jeddah’s UNESCO-listed old town, with its charming alleys and historical merchant houses, including Nassef House. Wander through Souq Al Alawi, the largest traditional market in the country. In the afternoon, walk along Jeddah’s Corniche, a 30 km seafront adorned with sculptures. Visit the Floating Mosque (Fatima Al-Zahra Mosque) before enjoying a farewell dinner at a traditional restaurant. Overnight stay in Jeddah.
