1 ✈️ Day 1 – Istanbul – Arrival Day – Welcome Dinner

Welcome to Turkey and arrival in Istanbul.
Transfer from the airport and check-in at your hotel.
Welcome drink, meet with our culinary experts, and trip presentation.
In the evening, enjoy a welcome dinner with the team and other participants, featuring traditional Turkish dishes in the mystical ambiance of Istanbul by night.
Overnight in Istanbul.

2 Day 2 – Turkish Cooking Class in Istanbul

(Breakfast included)
After a morning orientation tour, you will take your first Turkish cooking class.
Discover culinary specialties from different regions of Turkey.
Prepare and enjoy your own lunch.
In the afternoon, visit Topkapi Palace, the former residence of Ottoman sultans: jewelry collections, porcelains, miniatures, and sacred relics.
Then visit the Blue Mosque (Sultanahmet) and the ancient Hippodrome, former site of chariot races, adorned with historic monuments.
Overnight in Istanbul.

3 Day 3 – Istanbul → Cappadocia – Cooking Class in Cappadocia

(Breakfast and dinner included)
After breakfast, domestic flight to Cappadocia.
Transfer to your cave hotel (traditional rock dwellings equipped with modern comforts).
In the afternoon, cooking class featuring recipes inspired by the Silk Road, Ottoman Empire, Greek and Byzantine influences.
Overnight in a cave hotel in Cappadocia.

4 Day 4 – Cooking Class and Visit of Cappadocia

Second cooking class: discover typical dishes from Central Anatolia such as traditional pancakes or regional kebabs.
In the afternoon, visit the Göreme open-air museum, famous for its 10th-century frescoes.
Visit the abandoned village of Çavuşin and explore a traditional pottery workshop.
Then head to Paşabağı, the iconic site of the three-headed fairy chimneys.
Overnight in Cappadocia.

5 Day 5 – Cappadocia → Istanbul – End of the Trip

Free time for souvenir shopping in Cappadocia.
Transfer to Kayseri Airport for the return flight to Istanbul, then journey back home.
