Meet and greet at the airport and transfer to your hotel. Room check-in and free time to explore Istanbul at your own pace.
Dinner and overnight in Istanbul.

2Day 2 – Half-day Tour of Istanbul – Departure to Izmit

(Breakfast, lunch, and dinner included)
After breakfast, departure at 9:00 AM for a guided tour of Istanbul:

• Topkapi Palace: Residence of the Ottoman sultans from the 15th to 19th century, showcasing collections of crystal, porcelain, royal garments, and relics of Prophet Muhammad.
• Blue Mosque (Sultanahmet): Famous for its blue Iznik tiles.
• Hippodrome: Ancient chariot racing site with the Obelisk of Theodosius, Serpent Column, and Column of Constantine.

Lunch at a restaurant followed by a leather fashion show at a local workshop.
Then, discover the Spice Bazaar with scents of cinnamon, saffron, mint, thyme, and more.
After the visit, transfer to Izmit (115 km) for dinner and overnight stay.

3Day 3 – SUV Off-Road in Izmit – Departure to Ankara

After breakfast, enjoy an SUV off-road tour in Yuvacik, in the heart of Izmit's plateaus.
After lunch, drive to Ankara. (Note: Participants must be able to sit in the SUV, otherwise the activity will be canceled.)

4Day 4 – Ankara City Tour – Hattusa – Tokat

Visit Anitkabir Mausoleum, final resting place of Atatürk, founder of modern Turkey.
Drive to Hattusa, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and former Hittite cultural center.
Lunch in Corum, visit the clock tower and other historic sites.
Continue to Tokat, dinner and overnight stay.

5Day 5 – Tokat City Tour

(Breakfast, lunch, and dinner included)
Visit historical sites in Tokat: old caravanserais, religious centers, ethnographic museums, Turkish baths, clock tower.
Enjoy the warm hospitality of locals. Lunch with the famous Tokat Kebab.
Dinner and overnight in Tokat.

6Day 6 – Farm Visit and Culinary Activities

(Breakfast, lunch, and dinner included)
Harvest vegetables (onions, lettuce, etc.), then prepare traditional Turkish pancakes.
Share a meal with the villagers. Later, pick cherries and fruits in the orchards.
Dinner and overnight in Tokat.

7Day 7 – Visit of a Traditional Village and Peach Harvest

Discover Almus Lake, observe local aquatic wildlife. Visit a typical village: enjoy organic meals, folk dances, and traditional activities.
Pick peaches and seasonal vegetables. Prepare and taste Turkish pide (pizza).
Experience local farming life and meet farm animals (donkeys, cows, etc.).
Dinner and overnight in Tokat.

8Day 8 – Departure for Sivas and City Tour

Depart for Sivas, a city located at 1,275 meters of altitude with rich cultural heritage.
Visit: archaeological museum, Sifaiye madrasa, Double Minaret madrasa, castle mosque, grand mosque, Ottoman caravanserais, and more.
Dinner and overnight in Sivas.

9Day 9 – Road to Cappadocia

Drive to Cappadocia (approx. 4 hours). Check-in at the hotel upon arrival.
Free time to relax or explore.
Overnight in Cappadocia.

10Day 10 – Cappadocia Tour: Underground City & Göreme Museum

Visit the underground city of Ozkonak, Uchisar Castle (highest point), and the Göreme Open Air Museum.
Stop at Çavuşin, an abandoned village with cave houses.
Lunch in Avanos, pottery demonstration, visit Love Valley, handmade carpet workshop, Devrent Valley (natural rock formations), and the Three Beauties – symbol of Cappadocia.
Dinner and overnight in Cappadocia.

11Day 11 – Cooking Class in Cappadocia

Learn local cooking: harvest seasonal fruits/vegetables, prepare traditional dishes, and visit a vineyard.
Dinner and overnight in Cappadocia.

12Day 12 – Return to Istanbul & End of Tour

Transfer to Kayseri Airport for the domestic flight to Istanbul, followed by your international flight back.
