Our policy at Noussouki Travel is to allocate one reference guide for every 25 pilgrims. We have a written moral contract with each pilgrim. This contract dictates the transparency, commitment and honesty that every Muslim must have for his brother in religion.
We also have a sales contract that complies with French and Saudi legislation, setting out the terms and conditions of each trip and which is given to each pilgrim when they register with Noussouki Travel.
Finally, an information meeting is systematically organised for our hajj and Umrah departures to bring together Noussouki Travel pilgrims to explain their journey step by step (recommendations and advice) and to answer any questions they may have.
