Documents and procedures
Canadian citizens are exempt from visa requirements for the United Arab Emirates (Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Ajman, Sharjah, Khor Fakkan, Fujairah, Umm al Qawain, Ras el-Khaimah) for any stay in Dubai of 90 days within a 180-day period. To travel, all you need is a passport with an expiration date of more than 6 months from the date of entry.
In addition to the universal vaccinations (DPTD, hepatitis B), the following vaccinations may be recommended: hepatitis A and typhoid.
On the other hand, before leaving, a consultation is recommended for fragile people: elderly people, pregnant women, children, people suffering from chronic pathologies…
Malaria is almost non-existent throughout the United Arab Emirates, except in a few oases with stagnant water. Nevertheless, you should bring mosquito repellent, as mosquitoes are active all year round, especially after sunset.
Payment
The payment of the stay can be done in several times.
You can pay by cash, credit card, check or bank transfer.
The total amount due must be paid at least one month before departure.
If the registration takes place after less than one month before departure, checks will no longer be accepted and full payment must be made at registration.
A deposit must be left. This will vary according to the total amount you will have to pay, the number of people, whether you choose options or not, etc.
Flights
Departures can be made from all over Canada and on the date you wish. You will take your flight independently and then you will be taken care of at your arrival airport.
Climate
It is possible to travel all year round in Dubai but there are periods when the heat is extremely high. From December to March, temperatures are between 25° and 30°. Between June and September, temperatures are over 40° and the rest of the year between 30 and 40°. Rainy days are extremely rare.

It is frowned upon to photograph Emiratis without their consent, especially veiled women.
